Please click on "Size guide" on the product page (below Add to cart button). We indicate how fits the product and the size worn by the model (please contact us if the information is missing). We do not have the detail of all measures.

Do you sell all Sixth June products ?

Yes, we are the official online store, so we distribute all Sixth June products in preview.

Online products are in stock ?

Yes, all our products are in stock and available now. Exceptions are indicated as "Preorders"

How do "Preorders" work ?

Some products are indicated as "Preorders". To reserve one, you must order and pay. The shipping date is indicated on the product page.

What is the stock in retail stores ?

We don't have information about stocks in retail stores. Please contact them directly.

• Then make a transfer of the total amount, from your account to SixthJune.com account (within 10 day)
• Please add the order number on the transfer
• If you want to reserve the products, send us a proof of payment by email.
• Your order is shipped as soon as we receive the total amount.

Available for Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland (in EURO only)

How cancel my order ?

if your order is validated, you can't cancel your order, it's already processing.
If your order isn't validated, it will be cancelled automatically after some delay.

If PAYMENT frame is green, you order is validated and processing.

If PAIEMENT frame is red, your order isn't validated
- you paid by credit card or Paypal ? The transaction failed and you order will be canceled automatically. Please order and checkout again.
- you paid by bank transfer or check ? We haven't receive your money yet (it can take up to 3 days).

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How long does delivery take?

Paid orders are prepared and shipped the next day, every business day.
Then delivery time depends on your country, please check COUNTRIES INFO

Is my order shipped ?

Please connect to your customer account and check the status of your order.
- If SHIPPING frame is green, your parcel is shipped.
- If SHIPPING frame is red, your parcel isn't shipped. First, please check that payment is validated. If yes, and shipping is more than 2 days late, please contact customer service.

How can I track my parcel ?

Please connect to your customer account and check the status of your order.
Open the SHIPPING frame to find the tracking number and tracking link. If it's not available, please wait for the next day update.

What can I do if my parcel is late ?

If the tracking indicated that your parcel is late, please contact the customer service with a maximum of information about your address. 

 

 

RETURN & REFUND

 

What is return policy ?

• You have 14 days (from reception date) to register and send back your return.
• A prepaid label (see cost below) is included to make your return easier from Austria / Belgium / Germany / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Switzerland / United Kingdom.
• You can send back any type of products in its original condition (no damaged, washed, modified or worn).
• We refund within 5 days (no exchange).

What is return cost ?

• 6,90€ from Austria / Belgium / Germany / Luxembourg / Netherlands / Switzerland / United Kingdom.
Use the prepaid return label, without payment . A flat rate of 6,90€ is deducted from your refund.

• 4,90€ from France.
Use the prepaid return label, without payment . A flat rate of 4,90€ is deducted from your refund.

• At your own cost from all other countries.
Send back with the carrier of your choice. We refund your product(s) totally.

How to register and send back my return ?

You must register your return in your customer account. Then follow the instructions provided to send back your parcel.

Do you make exchange ?

No. Please make a new order on our website. You will receive it faster and avoid a product to be out of stock.

What if I received a wrong or defective reference ?

Don't send back the parcel directly. Please first send a picture to the customer service that will take care of your return. Thanks.

How Paypal refund return costs ?

You must order with a Paypal account to those countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Central and Eastern Europe, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
