Terms of sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.sixthjune.com, operated by Alpha Europe Distribution, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €100,000, registered with the RCS of Bobigny under number 502 122 922, headquartered at 60 rue Francis de Pressensé, 93200 Saint-Denis, France.

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all others.
They may be modified at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
2. Products
The items offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences between the images shown and the products received may occur.
All products are offered subject to availability.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are added at checkout depending on the destination country and delivery method selected.
4. Orders
An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.
Sixth June reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud, or incomplete shipping information.
A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are detailed on the "Payment Methods" page.
We accept: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alma (3x installments with no fees), iDEAL, and Bancontact.
All payments are fully secured. No banking information is stored.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms are detailed on the "Shipping & Delivery" page.
We deliver to all countries within the European Union and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM).
Orders placed before 12 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
Delivery times and costs vary by destination and shipping method.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a 30-day period from receipt of the order to return a product.
Return conditions are detailed on the "Returns & Refunds" page.
Returned products must be unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags.
A €3 return handling fee is deducted when using a prepaid label.
8. Refunds
Returned items are refunded within 14 days after quality inspection, using the same payment method as the original order.
Exchanges are not offered: to obtain another item or size, a new order must be placed.
9. Retention of Ownership
Products remain the property of Alpha Europe Distribution until full payment is received, including shipping fees.
10. Liability
Alpha Europe Distribution cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure (e.g., strike, flood, fire), stock shortage, or temporary unavailability of the website.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is required for order processing and customer service.
It is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
In accordance with the GDPR, every user has the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the use of their data.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
