Do you have a size guide?
As each product is unique, there is no single size guide.
To help you choose your size, we indicate on each product sheet :
- The cut (fitted, normal, wide, etc.)
- The size worn by the model

Will an out-of-stock product be back in stock ?
It is currently not possible to obtain this precise information.

What does the Heavyweight label stand for ?
This label indicates that the product is made from a “super-thick” material (with a weight of over 300 g/m²).

What payment methods are available?
We offer different payment methods (depending on the country and the amount of the cart):
- Credit card
- Apple Pay
- Alma - Pay in 3 installments
- iDeal
- Bancontact

How to pay by credit card ?
For all countries, you can use MasterCard, Visa, American Express
- Select Credit Card at checkout.
- You will then be able to enter your credit card details directly, and confirm your order.
- All payments are secured.

How do I pay with Apple Pay ?
Apple Pay is available for all countries, only if you use a device connected to Apple Pay.
- Select Apple Pay at Checkout.
- After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a payment page.
- Then click on the Apple Pay button.

How do I pay with Alma - Pay in 3 instalments ?
Alma payment - 3x free of charge - is available for purchases over €100 in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Ireland.
- Choose Alma for payment
- After validating your order, you will be redirected to Alma 3x free of charge to finalize your purchase.
- There is no charge to you as a customer. Only the first instalment will be deducted on the day of purchase.

How do I pay with Paypal?
Paypal is available for all countries.
- Select Paypal at checkout.
- After validating your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal page to finalize payment.

How to pay with iDeal
iDeal is available for the Netherlands.
- Sselect iDeal at Checkout.
- After validating your order, you will be redirected to the iDeal page to finalize your payment.

How to pay with Bancontact?
Bancontact is available for Belgium.
- Select Bancontact at checkout.
- After validating your order, you will be redirected to the Bancontact page to finalize your payment.

How to pay with a gift card ?
Use the code sent by email, and insert it in the Discount code or gift card field (after cart validation).
- If the gift card is less than the total amount, you can top it up with the method of your choice.
- If the gift card is greater than the total amount, the balance will still be available for a future order.

Do I have to declare my return ?
No, you don't need to call customer service first.
You can return the parcel directly if you meet all the conditions for a return.

How many days do I have to make a return ?
The maximum return period is 30 days (from receipt of your order to delivery of the return package).
After this period, please contact customer service first.

Can I return all products?
Yes, all products are eligible for return, but only in their original condition:
- Undamaged, unwashed, unaltered
- Unworn (except for fittings)
- With all tags attached

How to prepare the return parcel?
Add delivery note
Please always include the delivery note in the parcel (so that your original order can be identified).
In the event of loss, you can indicate your name + order number on plain paper.Use good quality packaging
You can use the cardboard box or bag from your order (condition permitting).
In this case: remove or cover any carrier labels.
If you decide to use another container, it must be suitable, opaque and the right size. -
How to use the prepaid return label ?
The prepaid return label is available for the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal.
It is inserted directly into the parcel.
Do not hesitate to contact customer service if you forget or lose your label.
The parcel must be dropped off at a Chronopost relay point: Find a relay point
A fixed charge of €5 will be deducted from the refund. -
What is the return address (without prepaid labels) ?
Please return the parcel with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

How long does it take to get my money back ?
The maximum delivery time is 15 days (from receipt of parcel).
Do not hesitate to contact us if your parcel is indicated as delivered and the delay is exceeded.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will only be notified by email at the time of reimbursement. -
Is it possible to make an exchange?
We do not make exchanges (except in case of error / defect on delivery).
If you wish to change size/color, please place a new order.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most European countries, as well as to French overseas departments and territories.

What are the rates and delivery times?
All our products are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday until 12pm - excluding public holidays).

How can I track my parcel?
The tracking link is available in the shipment confirmation email, or on your customer account.
- The first tracking step may take 24h
- If there is no update within 5 days, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if my parcel is indicated as delivered?
- Please check whether the parcel has been delivered to a neighbor, or to a safe place in your home.
- If this is not the case and the parcel has not been delivered within one week of dispatch, please contact our customer service department.
